Our apartment house has 3 fully equipped and lovingly furnished flats for 2 to 15 people. It is ideal for your family, as well as for groups, as it can also be booked as a holiday home for up to 24 people. An in-house ski room and ski boot dryer as well as a large car park directly in front of the house are available to our guests.

We are situated in a quiet location with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains and are only 1 km from the village centre of Pettneu am Arlberg. You can be on the piste in less than 10 minutes, just 2 minutes on foot and 6 minutes by car. The FREE ski bus runs every 15 minutes to the St. Anton ski area. The ski bus stop is just 70 metres from the house.

The Arlberg ski paradise with the ski areas of St. Anton am Arlberg, St. Christoph, Stuben, Lech, Zürs, Warth and Schröcken within a radius of approx. 35 km is always worth a winter holiday. The Arlberg holiday region also offers cross-country skiing, tobogganing, snowshoeing, horse-drawn carriage rides and much more.
